PSFC Scholarship DonationPSFC offers scholarships to former Head Start students and former Head Start parents enrolled in college/university. Applicants complete a scholarship application including documentation of need, benefits of attending the Head Start program as a child and career goals. The PSFC Scholarship Committee (made up of managers, Board members and community members) reviews all applications received and makes recommendations regarding scholarship awards.
