Marketing and Donor Engagement

Hiring to fill a Marketing and Donor Engagement role for our new location (Ramsey) in Stroudsburg, PA. This position’s focus is on building awareness, fostering and maintaining relationships, to enhance support for PSFC. This position involves developing and executing marketing strategies across various channels, such as social media, email, and print, to highlight the organization’s impact and services. The role includes creating opportunities to engage with donors through personalized communications, organizing events, and facilitating campaigns that inspire contributions and increase donor retention. Key responsibilities involve analyzing outreach efforts, managing fundraising initiatives, and creating compelling content to attract and maintain a loyal base of support to enhance the organization’s mission.

Required: A minimum of an associate’s degree in marketing, business, nonprofit management, or related field; BS in marketing, business or relevant field is a strong advantage.

A minimum of two successful years of work experience in marketing, communications and/or event planning.

A minimum of two successful years of work experience in fundraising, event planning, and media management.
