Bridges Out of Poverty Training

From welfare to work is the goal. The satisfaction of achieving that is the reward.

How does one break out of the cycle of poverty
to become self-sufficient and more stable?

With this program, people in poverty learn how to change their lives by gaining knowledge and skills that can successfully transform them.

Based on the idea that people in poverty are problem solvers, we want to empower them to make their own decisions about fulfilling their dreams. In our program, they learn about the causes of poverty and the resources needed for a higher quality of life. They also form relationships with people from all economic backgrounds, as they work together across class lines.

Ending poverty is a two-way street. And a very real possibility when people in poverty team with those who aren’t, for the greater good of their community.
