Hiring for a Custodian/Light Maintenance to work and travel between both our Mountain Center location in Tobyhanna and at our East Stroudsburg location. They are to ensure a clean, safe and heathy environment in a manner that complies with all state, federal and PSFC licensing requirements. Also expected are light maintenance duties such as, but not limited to, changing light bulbs, air filters, soap and/or paper towel dispensers, vacuum cleaner bags and other duties as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic knowledge of custodial duties and/or maintenance experience.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
In order to carry out the essential functions of the position, the employee must be able to perform the following physical activities without any health restrictions: stoop, drive a car, stand, walk , bend, work in outdoor and indoor environments, carry up to 50 pounds, push/pull up to 50 pounds, hear within normal range, vision correctable within normal range, ability to effectively communicate with children and adults in a variety of situations, ability to resolve conflict using positive communication, possess average reading, writing and math skills, be computer literate.
