Hiring a Family Advocate for our new location (Ramsey) in Stroudsburg, PA. This position is responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of family and parent involvement services in numerous ways which include but are not limited to providing information to parents about child growth and development, encouraging parents to observe and assess their child’s growth and learning, scheduling, coordinating, and conducting visits to families, assisting parents to identify family goals, necessary services, and support for both the parents and their children.
Required: Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field with three years’ experience working with adults, children and families. Willing to obtain a Family Engagement credential within 1 year of hire.
Full time/full year with generous benefits including health, vision, dental, training and professional development, staff wellness program, and paid time off including two weeks of vacation to start after completion of a 90-day provisional period.
